The Mirror reports that Tottenham have taken another step in the right direction regarding the opening of our new stadium.
The report claims that close to 1,000 fans were invited to watch the Super Bowl as a part of an NFL event. Tottenham star Harry Kane also flew off to watch the game in America, and the event seems to have gone well. This is the second time we have allowed fans to enter the stadium after 6,000 fans were invited in December for a familiarisation event.
The report adds that this cannot be considered as one of the two test events that the club have to hold before the stadium is opened.
Spurs are set to remain at Wembley until March, however, the report claims that the game against Crystal Palace in March is an option to hold the first game in our new home.
Tottenham were expected to move into the new home in September against Liverpool, but the venue has been hit by several delays.
We have even played one Carabao Cup game at Stadium MK and hopefully, the new ground will be opened before the end of the season.

Tottenham have seen NFL games being held at Wembley, and our new home will also do the same. However, there are separate pitches that should keep all parties happy regarding the condition of the ground.
