Latest Tottenham news: Tottenham fans happy with Eric Dier’s return to training
Eric Dier has been missing for over a month and the last time the England international played for Spurs was against Newcastle United.
The Englishman travelled with the side to Germany for our Champions League tie against Borussia Dortmund, and the Tottenham Twitter account shared a video of the midfielder going through the paces in training.

The Englishman has played 15 times in the Premier League with just four appearances in the Champions League this season.
Tottenham have had their problems with injuries this season with almost every first-teamer spending time on the treatment table.
An important time for Tottenham to get their players back
Dier returning to the side is a huge boost given our situation. Tottenham need all the players they can get as the race for the top four is on.
Spurs lie three points ahead of Manchester United in the table while Arsenal are a further point behind. The Englishman has had his ups and downs during the season and had to deal with another problem.
The midfielder missed around a month after having appendix surgery, and it will be interesting to see how we do with Dier returning to the team.
Moussa Sissoko and Harry Winks have done a great job during the absence of the former Sporting Lisbon star, but several Tottenham supporters were pleased with Dier’s return.
I don’t know how we survived with Saturdays midfield.Felt Sorry for Sissonko putting in a double shift but he stepped up .

Thank god! We need him back in there desperately. Winks and Sissoko do well but we need real cover for our back line. #COYS
