Latest Tottenham news: Tottenham fans excited as Dele Alli closes in on returned
Tottenham have been the most unlucky team in the Premier League this season with injuries. Almost every first-teamer has missed a chunk of the season with a problem.
Harry Kane recently returned to the team after an ankle injury while there was some good news as Dele Alli returned to training earlier in the week.

The Spurs account confirmed that the Englishman was back in training. The 22-year-old injured his hamstring in our win over Fulham and had scored in the game.
Alli has been a big miss for us in recent weeks, and it will be interesting to see if he makes it to the team at the weekend.
Homecoming for Pochettino
Our game at the weekend is against Southampton, and that should hold great memories for Mauricio Pochettino.
The Argentine learnt the English game at St. Mary’s but will be serving the first of his two-match touchline ban at the weekend.
Spurs should be riding high on confidence after their win over Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League.
We shouldn’t risk Alli in this game unless it is necessary. And Spurs should have enough to get the three points from St. Mary’s.
However, many Tottenham fans were ecstatic with the return of the English star and some did not want him to being called up the England side for the international break.
