Latest Tottenham news: Fans react as Juan Foyth is called up by Argentina
Tottenham defender Juan Foyth has been on a rise this season and the Argentine was called up by the national team.
The 21-year-old has been excellent in some games, like the 1-0 win over Crystal Palace, but has been average in others.
However, the defender is a player with immense potential, and it speaks volumes that Argentina have called him up again.
Foyth has started 11 games in all competitions for us this season, and has one goal to his name. The 21-year-old, however, was the only Argentine Tottenham star to make it into the squad.

No Lamela and no Gazzaniga
Paulo Gazzaniga and Erik Lamela weren’t called up to the side, however, the goalkeeper has been wonderful this season in place of Hugo Lloris.
Lamela has had his injury problems, and it shouldn’t be that big a surprise that he has been left out from the side.
Foyth is a little rough around the edges and the best person to ensure the defender improves has to be Mauricio Pochettino.
The manager has worked wonders with several players at Spurs and there is little doubt that Foyth could grow into one of the best in the world.
Some fans were happy with the inclusion of Foyth, while some questioned why Lamela wasn’t there. Argentina also had one surprise with Lionel Messi returning in the side too.
And Gazza
