Tottenham transfer news: Spurs back in the race for Fulham’s Ryan Sessegnon
Tottenham are interested in Fulham’s English sensation Ryan Sessegnon, according to the Mirror. The left-back/winger has only shown fleeting glimpses of his quality in the Premier League and the Cottagers seem set for a return to the Premier League.
The report claims that Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain are interested in the Englishman, however, Sessegnon wants to stay in London.
Tottenham might have to spend close to £50million for the Englishman, and the report adds that Sessegnon is stalling on signing a new deal with the Cottagers.
Fulham to keep hold of their star next season?
The report claims that Tottenham could sign the Englishman and send him back on loan to Fulham.
It is to be seen if Sessegnon is willing to play in the Championship, and the Cottagers might be tempted to sell their star after their investment on their Premier League return.
The Cottagers have also seen three managers in charge this season but the results haven’t been there, and are set for relegation. It will be interesting to see if Sessegnon is on the move given that he stuck with Fulham at the start of the season.
The Englishman would do a great job for Tottenham either in the defence or in the attack, however, he is still rough around the edges and needs to develop further.

Mauricio Pochettino would be the ideal candidate to get the best out of Sessegnon given his history of nurturing young talents at Southampton and now at Tottenham.
