Latest Spurs news: Some Tottenham fans convinced Ben Chilwell will join Tottenham after tweeting about Dele Alli
Ben Chilwell is one of the breakout stars in the Premier League over the past two seasons.
The Leicester City defender has become the first-choice left-back for the Foxes and Tottenham kept an eye on the Englishman in the summer. (h/t Telegraph)
The 22-year-old has 29 Premier League games under his belt this season and his performances saw him selected for England during the international break.
The defender joins another Leicester star, Harry Maguire, in Gareth Southgate’s squad. However, Chilwell got some fans excited when he posted a tweet about Dele Alli.
Chilwell to Spurs?
The youngster posted a cheeky tweet regarding Alli’s workout during the international break.
The Tottenham star was carrying some weights and took some small steps ahead with Chilwell pointing at the attacker.

It will be interesting to see if Chilwell starts for the Three Lions in the games against the Czech Republic and Montenegro.
The Englishman already has three games under his belt in the Nations League for the Three Lions.
The 22-year-old has a ton of potential and has also been linked with Manchester City with Brendan Rodgers wanting to keep him at the King Power (h/t Sky Sports).
However, some Spurs fans were certain that Chilwell could be coming to Tottenham after his latest tweet.
