Spurs transfer news: Roy Hodgson open to selling Wilfried Zaha and Aaron Wan-Bissaka for right price

Crystal Palace manager Roy Hodgson has claimed that Wilfried Zaha and Aaron Wan-Bissaka could be sold for the right price next season.

Zaha has been linked with Tottenham in the past while Wan-Bissaka is being touted as a signing for Spurs after an impressive campaign for the Eagles this season.

Football.london adds that both the Manchester clubs are also interested in Wan-Bissaka, who has been excellent as Palace’s right-back.

Hodgson admitted that the pair are on long-term deals and wants to keep them, but wanted to be realistic of the situation too (h/t Football.london):

“We would be more than happy to keep them. But we just have to remain realistic and see what happens. If offers come in they will obviously be assessed, like everything else.

“As I heard Manuel Pellegrini quite rightly say the other day [about Declan Rice]: every footballer does have a price.”

The former Liverpool manager added that he hopes to keep them next season, but they could leave for a “sufficiently good” bid coming in.

Tottenham need to make some signings in the summer

Wan-Bissaka could be a smart signing for Spurs, and reports suggested we were willing to let go of one of our right-backs for the English defender.

Spurs haven’t dipped in the transfer market for two windows but that should change once the summer comes in.

Daniel Levy has confirmed that Spurs will spend in the summer, and our move to the new stadium will not affect these plans.
