Spurs transfer news: Moussa Sissoko one of 12 players that could be sold by Tottenham in summer
The Evening Standard claims that Tottenham have named 12 players that could be sold as part of a summer clear-out.
The report claims that Tottenham are under no pressure to sell before they buy, but Mauricio Pochettino knows that there is a need to streamline his squad after the move into the new stadium.
Amongst the 12 players being linked with a move away is Moussa Sissoko. The 29-year-old has been one of the success stories this season but the report claims that Spurs will listen to offers should a “substantial” bid be made.
The former Newcastle midfielder has 35 appearances for Tottenham this season and has recorded three assists in all competitions for Spurs.
Sissoko isn’t the only big name on the chopping block as many squad players could be on their way out of the club.
