Spurs transfer news: Pochettino ready to sell Trippier and move for Norwich’s Max Aarons
The Express reports that Tottenham are eyeing a move for Norwich City right-back Max Aarons. The youngster has had a stellar season for the Canaries, who will be playing in the Premier League next season.
The report adds that Mauricio Pochettino wants some competition for young right-back Kyle Walker-Peters at Spurs.
The 19-year-old Aarons was been named in the PFA Championship Team of the Season, and the report claims that Manchester United’s scouts have also watched the English youth international.
Aarons has racked up 40 Championship appearances this season, with two goals and six assists to his name.
The youngster only broke into the first-team at the start of the campaign but has become a regular for Daniel Farke.
Time up for Trippier at Tottenham?
The Express adds that Pochettino wants to sell Kieran Trippier. The English star was one of the best players for the Three Lions at the World Cup but has failed to hit the same heights for Spurs this season.
The report adds that the former Burnley right-back is a target for Manchester United.
Trippier has made some glaring mistakes this season, and we could do with some fresh faces in the team. Serge Aurier hasn’t had a great season too, with several injuries affecting the Ivorian.

Tottenham haven’t signed any players in two transfer windows, but that should change once this season is done.
