Tottenham target willing to quit Premier League club in summer as he wants to take the next step

Spurs transfer news: Ryan Fraser wants to leave Bournemouth in the summer

The Mirror reports that Bournemouth attacker Ryan Fraser is willing to leave the Cherries in the summer, and not on a free transfer next year.

The 25-year-old has rejected a new contract with the Cherries, according to the report, and his contract is up in 2020.

The report adds that the Scottish international is willing to let his contract expire and no talks are scheduled with Bournemouth in the near future.

Tottenham are keeping a close eye on the 25-year-old, and the report claims that Arsenal and Chelsea are interested in Fraser as he wants to play for a top six club.

The report adds that Fraser knows there would be a lot of interest when he is a free agent, but he wants to complete a move while his stock is high.

Fraser on fire for Bournemouth this season

The Cherries lie 14th in the Premier League but Fraser has knocked in seven goals this season.

The Scottish star also has 13 assists to his name and is tied with Eden Hazard with the most assists in the league.

Fraser can play across the attack and could make a decent signing for Tottenham.

The Scot would provide cover to stars such as Dele Alli, Lucas Moura, Son Heung-min and Christian Eriksen, and could do a job off the bench.

Tottenham need some strength in depth and haven’t made any signings for two transfer windows.

The team has been hit hard by several injuries but have done well to remain third in the league and are in the semi-finals of the Champions League.
