Spurs transfer news: Ryan Sessegnon prefers a move to Tottenham as Fulham exit looms
The Daily Mail reports that Fulham youngster Ryan Sessegnon wants to join Tottenham in the summer.
The 18-year-old has had an up and down season for the Cottagers as they have been relegated to the Championship.
Sessegnon has scored two goals and six assists in all competitions for his side, and the report claims that Fulham would demand around £35million for their starlet.
The 18-year-old has also garnered interest from Juventus and Paris Saint-Germain, but the report adds that Sessegnon wants to stay in the Premier League and continue living in west London.
Pochettino’s track record could also factor in Sessegnon’s decision
Mauricio Pochettino has a great track record of developing young talent, and that is something that Sessegnon is aware of, according to the report.
The Argentine manager has also been great with English players during his time at Southampton and Spurs.
The 18-year-old Sessegnon is a little rough around the edges and working under Pochettino could be the best call for his development.
Sessegnon can play in several positions but his best games have come in the full-back and left-wing positions.
Tottenham have some big plans in the summer with the report suggesting that Pochettino wants five signings and a couple of youngsters in the development squad.

Spurs haven’t bought any players in two transfer windows, and that looks likely to change in the summer.
