The important news from Terreur is that Tottenham were offered Tielemans in January.
Spurs could have done with the Belgian joining
Tottenham could have done with the services of the midfielder in January as we sold Mousa Dembele.
The midfielder has adjusted well to the Premier League and it is to be seen where he ends up next season.
The 21-year-old has been excellent for Leicester with three goals and four assists in the Premier League.
Spurs, on the other hand, are struggling for fit first-team players. Harry Winks has been ruled out for a while after undergoing groin surgery while Harry Kane is out with ankle ligament damage.
Serge Aurier and Erik Lamela are also recovering, while Jan Vertonghen was added to the list after his sickening clash against Ajax in the Champions League.
