Latest Spurs news: Tottenham players fly off to Amsterdam for Champions League semi-final second leg
The Tottenham players and staff jetted off to Amsterdam for the Champions League semi-final second leg against Ajax.
Spurs have it all to do against the surprise packages of this season’s Champions League and have to score in the Netherlands.
Ajax hold a one-goal advantage after the first leg, but we have Son Heung-min back in the side. The South Korean served his one-game suspension in the Champions League but saw red in our Premier League tie against Bournemouth.
Hopefully, the South Korean can score a goal or two as we look to reach the final. There was some good news for Spurs as Jan Vertonghen also travelled with the team.
The Belgian picked up a nasty injury in the previous leg and needs to be at his best to keep Ajax from scoring.
A big test for Pochettino
This could be the biggest game of the season for Spurs and Mauricio Pochettino has to find a way to nullify the Ajax attack.

The Dutch side have been excellent all season long, and have defeated Juventus and Real Madrid to reach this stage.
Spurs also travelled with Erik Lamela in the side and we also saw Juan Foyth boarding the jet.
The Argentine was the second player sent off against Bournemouth but we cannot let our aggression get the better of us against Ajax.
Our hero from the tie against Manchester City, Fernando Llorente, was also in the squad and hopefully, he can score an important goal at the Johan Cruyff Arena.
