Spurs transfer news: Daniel Levy to hike Christian Eriksen’s price if Spurs win Champions League
AS (h/t Daily Star) claims that a deal to land Christian Eriksen will be tricky for Real Madrid since Tottenham’s season ends in June.
Spurs defeated Ajax in dramatic fashion on Wednesday to book a place in the Champions League final.
They face Liverpool in an all-English affair at the Wanda Metropolitano, and the report claims that Daniel Levy will hike Eriksen’s price should Spurs lift their first Champions League crown.
Reports from Spain (h/t Daily Star) suggest that the 27-year-old has already agreed on personal terms with the European giants ahead of a move.
Spurs want big bucks for Eriksen
The Dane is one of the most creative players in the world and the report claims that Spurs want £86m for Eriksen while Madrid are only willing to offer £60m.
The report adds that the Dane could ask to be paid more and Tottenham could offer him close to £9.5m per season to keep the 27-year-old at the club.
Eriksen is out of a contract at the end of next season and talks between the parties have not progressed.
Levy is a tough man to deal with and Real will be wary of that if they come in for Eriksen. T
he Spurs chairman always cracks a good deal when it comes to selling players, but we need to keep hold of the Dane.

It would be difficult to find a replacement for Eriksen on the cheap, and hopefully, the Dane extends his stay at Spurs.
