The 23-year-old joined Betis on loan from PSG and the Spanish side exercised their right to sign him, according to the report. The report claims that Manchester City and Atletico Madrid are interested in the 23-year-old Argentina international.

The youngster will travel with the national side for the upcoming Copa America, and the report adds that Pep Guardiola sees him as a future replacement for David Silva.

Tottenham also see Lo Celso as a replacement for a star

The report adds that Tottenham see Lo Celso as a possible replacement for Christian Eriksen.

The Dane has been linked with a move to Real Madrid and the report claims that the La Liga giants could move for the midfielder in the summer.

It is interesting to see Tottenham put up such a big bid for a player that performed well in La Liga last season.

Lo Celso could be a smart signing for us, and we might have to spend a lot more to sign him if Betis are looking to make the most out of selling the 23-year-old.

The Argentine also played a few games as a right-winger and a striker last season, and that kind of versatility could be used well by Mauricio Pochettino should we sign the Betis star.
