Spurs transfer news: Tottenham interested in Serbian sensation Luka Jovic
The Daily Star reports that Tottenham are interested in Serbian striker Luka Jovic.
The 21-year-old spent last season on loan at Eintracht Frankfurt, where he bagged 27 goals in all competitions for the Bundesliga side.
The report adds that Mauricio Pochettino is looking to sign another striker to take the pressure off Harry Kane. The Englishman is possibly the best striker in the world but suffered two injuries this season, which affected our campaign.
Kane returned to the starting XI in the Champions League final against Liverpool after an ankle injury, but Spurs lost the tie 2-0.
La Liga giants want Jovic
Spanish reports (h/t Daily Star) claim that Real Madrid want to sign the 21-year-old forward.
Zinedine Zidane is back at the helm of the La Liga giants after leaving before the start of the season and has a huge rebuilding job.
The La Liga club lost Cristiano Ronaldo in the summer and the report claims that Zidane is willing to spend €60m on Jovic.
Some sources (h/t Daily Star) claim a deal is already in place for Jovic to join Real, however, Spanish reports (h/t Daily Star) believe that Chelsea and Tottenham are hopeful of getting the Serbian to the Premier League.
Jovic had an excellent campaign for Eintracht and it will be interesting to see where he plays his football after the summer.

Tottenham need to sign another attack as the goals dry up a bit when Kane is injured, and Jovic would be a fantastic player to have under Pochettino.
