Spurs transfer news: Inter Milan enter race for Kieran Trippier
Tuttosport (h/t Calciomercato) claims that Inter Milan are also interested in signing Tottenham defender Kieran Trippier.
The English right-back had a poor season for Spurs despite a quality World Cup and the report claims that Tottenham are looking to sell the 28-year-old.
Antonio Conte was recently announced as the manager of the Italian giants, and the former Chelsea man sees Trippier as a top target, according to the report.
Trippier is also wanted by Serie A rivals Juventus and Napoli, and it will be interesting to see if the Englishman leaves the club in the summer.
Tottenham need a quality right-back
It was a disappointing campaign for Spurs and Trippier as we missed out on the Champions League title on Saturday.
Mauricio Pochettino has a lot of work on his hands in the summer as we need to sign a few fresh faces in the transfer market.
A quality right-back should be a priority given Trippier’s error-prone season last time around and Serge Aurier spending a lot of time injured.

The Ivorian hasn’t played games consistently for us since moving from Paris Saint-Germain, and it will be interesting to see who we target for this position.
