Spurs transfer news: Tottenham back out of race for Youri Tielemans
Belgian journalist Kristof Terreur has tweeted that Tottenham are not interested in midfielder Youri Tielemans.
The Belgian midfielder joined Leicester City on loan from Monaco in the winter window and was linked with a move to Spurs.
Terreur had tweeted that the 22-year-old Belgian was offered to Tottenham in the January window, but we made no signings during that period.
Spurs let Mousa Dembele leave while Tielemans impressed under Leicester manager Brendan Rodgers.
The journalist had claimed that Manchester United were also interested in Tielemans, and the Red Devils have been in contact again.
Terreur further claims that Tielemans is still a target for the Foxes and will not return to parent club Monaco next season.
Man United have been in touch over Youri Tielemans again. Leicester are hoping to get a deal done, but Solskjaer likes the Belgian international. The Belgian was one of the bright spots for Leicester in the second half of the season as he scored three times and assists four goals in the Premier League.
Tottenham interested in other midfielders
Tielemans would have been a great signing, however, the Guardian reported that Spurs are interested in Tanguy Ndombele, Nicolo Zaniolo and Donny van de Beek.
These are just a few players that Mauricio Pochettino wants as he handed list of transfer targets to Daniel Levy (h/t Guardian).

Spurs were the only Premier League club not to make a signing last season, but that should change in the summer as we have to strengthen the squad.
