Spurs transfer news: AC Milan to meet Real Madrid over Dani Ceballos
Gazzetta dello Sport (h/t Calciomercato) claims that Real Madrid are willing to let several players leave in the summer window.
Marco Asensio is one big name being linked with an exit, however, the report adds that AC Milan officials will meet with their Real counterparts.
The report claims that Dani Ceballos is one player that interests Milan, and they want to check on his availability.
The 22-year-old is currently with the Spanish U21 side at the Euros, and the report claims that Milan will try to discuss a price for Ceballos.
Real already offering Ceballos to Spurs
Tottenham have been linked with the Spanish youngster this summer, and the Sun claims that Real are offering the 22-year-old plus £45million for Danish star Christian Eriksen.
The Spurs midfielder is out of a contract at the end of the next campaign and claimed that he wanted a new challenge after our Champions League defeat against Liverpool.
Moving to Spurs would be the better option for Ceballos as he would work under a quality manager like Mauricio Pochettino.
The Argentine has worked wonders with the team at his disposal, and the Spaniard has the potential to improve under our manager. Getting £45million and Ceballos (h/t Sun) for Eriksen would not be a bad deal if the Dane doesn’t sign a new contract with us.
