Spurs transfer news: Real Madrid slap €50m price-tag on Dani Ceballos
AS (h/t Metro) reports that Real Madrid
The Spanish star is currently away on U21 Euro duty, and the report claims that the 22-year-old is expected to leave the La Liga giants.
The report adds that Madrid will sell the youngster to balance their books as they have already spent more than €300m in the market. Real Madrid president Florentino Perez rates Ceballos highly, but it seems that the youngster has not impressed manager Zinedine Zidane.
Ceballos started several games under Julen Lopetegui but Zidane’s return saw the Spaniard fall down the pecking order.
The Frenchman is happy to let the attacking midfielder go, and the report adds that Ceballos is a priority for Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino.
The report claims that Spurs have already held preliminary talks with the Real Madrid star, while Arsenal and AC Milan are also interested in the 22-year-old.

Real Betis star Giovani Lo Celso is the other player touted as Eriksen’s replacement (h/t Metro) and is also on international duty.
