Spurs transfer news: Tanguy Ndombele prefers a move to Tottenham over Juventus
Le10 Sport (h/t Daily Star) reports that French midfielder Tanguy Ndombele prefers a move to Tottenham over Juventus.
The report claims that Ndombele is a target for Spurs and the Serie A champions.
Spurs have been handed a boost as the Frenchman admires the Tottenham project (h/t Daily Star).
The midfielder also believes that he would get to play regularly at Spurs when compared to Juventus, according to the report.
Juventus have several quality midfielders currently with Miralem Pjanic, Emre Can and Blaise Matuidi fighting for places. The Italian champions will be under new management too, and it will be interesting to see how they play under Maurizio Sarri.
Ndombele was one of the stars for Lyon last season and would provide Spurs with some added physicality next season.
Mauricio Pochettino sold Mousa Dembele in the winter window but was unable to replace the Belgian last season.
Spurs need to get some players in quick
The 22-year-old has all the traits to make it big in the Premier League, and we need to finalise his signing as quickly as possible.
We haven’t signed any players in close to 18 months and our team needs strengthening for the upcoming campaign. Ndombele cannot be the only deal of the summer as we are targeting Giovani Lo Celso too (h/t Sun).

Signing players quickly can help us prepare well for the pre-season, something which was impossible last season due to the World Cup being held.
