Spurs transfer news: Tanguy Ndombele visits training ground ahead of Tottenham move
The Evening Standard reports that French midfielder Tanguy Ndombele visited Tottenham’s Enfield training ground ahead of a move from Lyon.
The 22-year-old could complete a switch for more than £60million, and the report claims that the deal is yet to be finalised between the parties.
The report adds that Ndombele should receive a big boost on his wages and is set to become one of the highest paid players at Tottenham.
The Frenchman was excellent in the Ligue 1 campaign for Lyon and impressed against Manchester City and Barcelona in the Champions League.
The 22-year-old would be a fantastic addition to a team that has
Tottenham’s midfield felt a little light last season, but Ndombele’s addition should fix that problem.
The French midfielder should be paired alongside Harry Winks by Mauricio Pochettino and could make it difficult for our opposition to get a crack at the defence.
Tottenham on the move for other players too
Jack Clarke of Leeds recently passed his medical, and the English youngster could be another signing for Spurs (h/t Sky Sports).

The Evening Standard further claims that Tottenham are the favourites to land Fulham’s Ryan Sessegnon, however, our summer business also depends on the futures of Kieran Trippier and Christian Eriksen.
