Spurs transfer news: Olmo open to leaving Dinamo Zagreb in the summer
Mundo Deportivo (h/t Mirror) claims that Dani Olmo has been linked with Tottenham.
The 21-year-old Dinamo Zagreb attacker had a great campaign with the U21 Spain side.
He helped the Europeans lift the title in the summer and the report adds that Manchester United and Liverpool have also been linked with Olmo.
The report adds that several European clubs are also interested in completing a £36m move for the 21-year-old.
However, Olmo does not want a return to Spain and Manchester United are out of the running due to a lack of Champions League football (h/t Mirror).
Olmo even spoke about his future and told Sport that he will speak with his agents and expects to be back at Dinamo next week (h/t Mirror).
The Spaniard added that he still has a lot of hard work ahead of him, but he was not going to rule out any club:
“There’s talk about a lot of teams and many more rumours. I don’t know what is true and what isn’t.
“I’ve wanted to disconnect from everything and when I have the chance to speak with my agent, we’ll see.
“I’m not ruling out any team. Out of respect to everyone who is interested in me, I’m not going to say anything. You have to respect them all.”
Tottenham could do with a striker coming in
Tottenham need cover for Harry Kane after Fernando Llorente’s contract came to an end in the summer.
Vincent Janssen does not seem to be part of our plans either, and we would only be left with Lucas Moura and Son Heung-min as alternatives for the number 9 spot.

Spurs had injury problems in several positions last season and Kane was one star who had to deal with two big ankle issues.
