Spurs transfer news: Danny Rose will not travel with team for Asia tour
The Telegraph (h/t Metro) claims that Danny Rose will not travel for Tottenham’s pre-season Asia tour.

The 29-year-old was our first-choice left-back last season but admitted that he was unsure what the future holds for him. The report adds that it is likely he will leave Spurs.
The report claims that Rose had spoken earlier about moving closer to the north of England, but there aren’t many clubs looking for a left-back.
One club that could be interested in a left-back is Liverpool, and the report claims that the Merseyside giants could consider Rose as a back-up for Andrew Robertson.
Spurs would be left light in the left-back position
Rose did put in some quality performances in the second half of the previous campaign, and selling him would leave us with Ben Davies as the only senior left-back.
The Welshman recently signed a long-term deal with Spurs to continue his stay at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, and we have to sign another defender in the summer.
Tottenham could do with a versatile full-back who can play on either flank, as we could use some cover for our right-backs too.
Spurs have only made two signings so far with one of them, Jack Clarke, returning to Leeds United on a loan deal.
