The 22-year-old can play in several positions but he performs at his best on the right side of the attack.
The attacker is one of the most talented youngsters in the Serie A and the report claims that several clubs have been unsuccessful in landing the Turkish star.
Tottenham made some moves in the summer and signed one winger, but Jack Clarke was sent back to Leeds United on loan.
