Spurs transfer news: Tottenham given ‘green light’ to move for Dybala in January
Football.london reports that Tottenham
The Argentine was on the bench in Juventus’ 4-3 win over Napoli at the weekend, and reports had suggested that a £64.4million deal with Spurs had been agreed in the summer.
However, problems arose with the player’s image rights despite Spurs agreeing on terms with the Argentine sensation too (h/t Football.london).
The report claims that a move is unlikely before the end of the summer window and Juventus’ sporting director Fabio Paratici said (h/t Football.london):
“I’m convinced Paulo Dybala will stay at Juve. The decision has been made.”
Loads of interest in Dybala
The 25-year-old is one of the best in the Serie A but struggled to perform once Cristiano Ronaldo arrived.
Inter Milan and Paris Saint-Germain were interested in the Argentine (h/t Football.london), but Spurs have a chance of landing him in the January window.
Dybala can play in several attacking positions and would be a fantastic addition to the side, for the right price.
Hopefully, Spurs can land him for a cheaper sum in the winter window and add more quality into the attack.

Spurs don’t have any cover for Harry Kane at the moment, and Dybala could be a great option to provide some competition for the England captain.
