Latest Spurs news: Foyth expected to return after international break
Football.london reports that Juan Foyth could return to action after the international break.
The Argentine suffered an ankle injury during pre-season and has missed all of our games so far.
The report adds that Foyth’s return could solve the right-back problem that Tottenham have had in recent weeks.
Davinson Sanchez started as the right-back against Arsenal and the Colombian has had a difficult start to the season.
Kyle Walker-Peters is out with a hamstring problem, while Serge Aurier hasn’t played a single minute for us this season. The 21-year-old played some games as a right-back last season and should provide competition to Walker-Peters.
Kieran Trippier was sold in the summer and it will be interesting to see how things go after the international break.
Spurs need to pick up wins
Tottenham haven’t won their last three games and need to start picking up the wins post the international break.
We host Crystal Palace after the break and a trip to Greece awaits, where we take on Olympiakos in the Champions League.
The game after that is another tough one as we travel to the King Power to face an impressive Leicester team.
