Kyle Walker-Peters expected to return to full training next week

The Sun reports that Kyle Walker-Peters should be back in full training next week.

The right-back didn’t feature in the 2-2 draw against Arsenal at the Emirates but youngster should be available post the international break, according to the report.

Walker-Peters had impressed in the draw against Manchester City and forced Mauricio Pochettino to play Davinson Sanchez out of position against the Gunners.

Tottenham’s options are limited when it comes to fit right-backs as Juan Foyth is also recovering from an injury.

This leaves Serge Aurier as the other senior right-back, however, the Ivorian hasn’t played for the team this season.

A big decision for Pochettino to make

The report adds that Pochettino has to make the decision on when Walker-Peters plays for the team.

Tottenham’s Champions League journey starts after the clash against Crystal Palace next weekend, with a trip to Olympiakos.

We then play Leicester City in the Premier League and face Colchester in the third round of the Carabao Cup.

Walker-Peters’ return for the Palace game would be a huge boost as we need a natural right-back to face Wilfried Zaha.
