Tottenham to return in January for Juventus’ Paulo Dybala
The Daily Star (h/t Mirror) claims that Tottenham are planning a fresh bid for Juventus star Paulo Dybala.
The Argentine was linked with a move to Spurs in the summer, but the deal fell through despite Spurs agreeing on a fee with the Italian giants (h/t Mirror).
Dybala remained with the Old Lady, however, the report claims that Mauricio Pochettino is still keen on landing the Argentine and will submit a new offer.
The 25-year-old has made one substitute appearance for Juventus this season but was involved in Argentina’s 0-0 draw with Chile during the international break.
Dybala is not a part of manager Maurizio Sarri’s plans at Turin and the club are open to offers for the forward (h/t Mirror).
Tottenham need more options in the attack
Harry Kane, Son Heung-min, Christian Eriksen and Dele Alli are great players on their day but there have been moments where we have struggled.
Alli has had his injury problems, while Eriksen is a free agent at the end of the season. Lucas Moura also has had his ups and downs since joining from PSG but helped us reach the Champions League final last season.
