Mauricio Pochettino flies off to Qatar for football conference
Mauricio Pochettino will have time to think about his next Tottenham move in Qatar as he will participate in the Aspire Global Summit, according to the Evening Standard.
The Argentine is expected to be in the Middle East for two days and deliver a speech related to football performance.
The manager has seen his side lose 7-2 and 3-0 in the last two games and Spurs have looked poor in most areas of the pitch.
The Argentine has travelled to Qatar with Jesus Perez as our first-team coaches are looking after the players. Pochettino is expected to be back on Thursday but won’t have many first-team players to manage due to the international break.
Pochettino has to turn things around
The Argentine is one of the best in the world but is going through a rough patch currently. Spurs have a couple of weeks to get things sorted and hopefully, we come back stronger than ever against Watford.
We should beat the Hornets as they have struggled too, while Red Star Belgrade should be another easy tie in the Champions League.
