Isco accepts January exit from Real Madrid with Premier League a target
Isco’s time with Real Madrid seems to be coming to an end, according to AS (h/t Daily Mail). The 27-year-old has struggled for regular minutes in recent years and the report claims that he has accepted his departure from Real in the January window.
The Spaniard is seeking regular playing time and the report adds that the playmaker is looking to move to the Premier League.
Manchester City and Arsenal are keen on the Spanish talent (h/t Daily Mail), however, Tottenham
Isco has only played 170 minutes of La Liga football this season and has had issues with playing time under Zinedine Zidane in the past too.
Tottenham to make moves in January?
The Spaniard would be an excellent addition for Tottenham and it will be interesting to see if we move for him in the winter window.
Mauricio Pochettino hasn’t made too many moves in January since joining Tottenham, but Isco would provide us with a lot of creativity in the final third.
The Spaniard needs regular football and could be a fresh face to turn our season around. Of course, players joining in January often need more time to adjust to the league but the Spaniard has the quality to do well in the Premier League.
