New Fiat deal could thwart Tottenham’s hopes of signing Paulo Dybala
Tottenham
The report claims that this casts a cloud over any hopes of Spurs landing Dybala as Juve have a lot of debt.
The new terms with Fiat, who are the owners of Jeep, could help Juve keep hold of their stars (h/t Football.london).
Dybala had a tough start under Maurizio Sarri and barely started the opening games under the Italian. However, the Argentine has been in great form in recent weeks and is back in rotation at the Italian club.
Tottenham keen on Dybala
Spurs are keen on the Argentine and the deal could become difficult in January if Juve fix their financial problems (h/t Football.london).
We could use someone like Dybala joining us in January, but his increased playing time will also be an issue.
Moving for him in January doesn’t guarantee success and it will be interesting to see what our plans are for the winter window.
Tottenham have several players on the final year of their contracts and the Argentine could be the replacement for Christian Eriksen.
