Tottenham keen on landing Norwich right-back Max Aarons

Max Aarons was one of the top performers for Norwich City last season as they secured promotion to the Premier League.

The 19-year-old right-back has done a decent job at the top level, with seven Premier League appearances to his name this campaign.

The English youngster is one of the best talents at Norwich City and seems to have attracted the attention of Tottenham.

Spurs are looking to make several changes to their playing staff and are keen on signing Aarons, according to the Guardian. Serge Aurier is one of the players who is being linked with an exit from the club (h/t Guardian), and Aarons could do a job in that position.

Two youngsters fighting for the right-back spot?

Aarons does have a lot of potential to improve under the right manager, and it will be interesting to see if Daniel Farke allows the youngster to leave the club.

Spurs already have a young right-back on the books, Kyle Walker-Peters, but he has spent a lot of time on the treatment table this season.

The youngster was our first choice for the position at the start of the season, but injuries have cut short his playing time. Aurier, for his part, has struggled to perform this season and hasn’t been able to cement his place in the team.
