Napoli and Juventus tracking Son Heung-min ahead of January transfer window
Italian giants Napoli and Juventus are keeping track of Son Heung-min as the January transfer window approaches, according to the Express (h/t Sun).
The 27-year-old is one of the best in the Premier League and scored 20 goals as Tottenham reached the Champions League final last time around.
The South Korean has five goals and two assists this season and still has four years left on his £140,000-per-week contract (h/t Sun).
The player’s agent had recently spoken about dealing with Napoli and didn’t shut down a move for the South Korean (h/t Sun).
However, Spurs are not interested in losing their star despite a tough start to the season, according to the report. The South Korean was one of our better players in the 2-1 loss at Anfield on Sunday and even hit the post twice.
Unfortunately, his second effort could not be turned into the net and Liverpool overpowered us in the second 45.
Spurs cannot lose Son
The 27-year-old has been incredible for us since he joined from Leverkusen, and losing him is not an option.
Son has improved with each year under Mauricio Pochettino and will only get better in the coming seasons. The forward is capable of playing in several positions and is one of the most professional stars we have in the side.
