The 19-year-old starlet has impressed in his debut season in the Premier League. A regular in the Norwich back-line, he has racked up 19 appearances for the Canaries. (h/t Whoscored)
With Danny Rose out of favour and Serge Aurier unreliable at best, Spurs are in the market for a right-back. Aarons is young and has a high ceiling. His ability to hold his own in the Premier League makes him a strong candidate to hold down the right-back spot at Tottenham for the near future.
Tottenham face competition from arch-rivals Arsenal for the 19-year-old. Aarons also won the EFL Young player of the year for 2018-19.
With Hector Bellerin not looking the same layer since his return from injury, the Gunners are in the market for a fullback who has the pace and stamina to suit Mikel Arteta’s system. (h/t Daily Mail)
Tottenham are reportedly the favourites for Aarons and a fee of £30 million should be enough to snare the youngster from Carrow road.
