Harry Kane posts video of him in training as he continues recovery
Tottenham Hotspur have been handed a major boost as star striker Harry Kane looks to have stepped up his rehabilitation as he returns from injury. The 26-year-old underwent a one-on-one training session with Spurs’ strength and conditioning coach Charlie Moore at the club’s Enfield Training Centre.
Kane provided this encouraging piece of news through a video he uploaded on Twitter. He accompanied the video with a message saying “Love being back on the grass with a ball at my feet.”.

The player looked comfortable and did not seem to show any sign of duress. His movement and packing, both with and without the ball looked to be fine as he nears a return to action.
Kane injured his hamstring in the 1-0 loss to Southampton in January. The initial reports by the club stated that the player is expected to return in April. It is now March and he looks to be ahead of schedule.
With the European Championships to be held in the summer, the English captain will be keen on building up his match fitness before the tournament.
Kane’s absence has coincided with a number of mixed results for Tottenham. The glorious win against Manchester City was offset by devastating losses to Wolves and Chelsea.
The Tottenham attack looks toothless in the absence of the Englishman and has contributed to them falling behind in the race for top four. The club were primed to take on Chelsea going into the winter break.
The story took a darker turn after as Tottenham have now fallen seven points behind the 4th-placed Blues. Kane’s return will provide Spurs with a much-needed focal point up front. Whether his return has come too late remains to be seen.
