Fans react to Tottenham Hotspur Twitter admin’s blunder
The admin of Tottenham Hotspur’s official Twitter account drew some serious flak on Sunday, after he ended up committing a major blunder.
Sunday, 26th April, was supposed to be the day on which our new Tottenham Hotspur stadium was supposed to host its first ever North London derby. However, due to the lockdown in place, matches have been suspended.
With no live action in place, Tottenham decided to take a look back at some of the best moments against Arsenal with a series of posts on club’s official Twitter account.
However, in a post titled “Most Electrifying Moment | Dele v Arsenal”, the club ended up posting a video of a goal scored by our star striker Harry Kane against the Gunners.
Naturally, this did not go down all too well with the fans and reactions poured in left, right and centre. Many pleaded the club to take down the post, while there was some ire directed towards the admin of the Twitter account as well.

Can we just create a petition to get this social media team to get a up a wake up call? Just hire any freelancer if you can’t do the good stuff as permanent staff.
