According to a report from Football Insider, Tottenham have received a boost in their chase to sign Southampton captain Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg.

The 24-year-old , who is on the radars of Spurs, is entering the final year of his contract. And as per the report, he has rejected multiple offers of a renewal from the South Coast club. Hojbjerg has been key in Southampton’s revival in the second half of the campaign. And Saints’ manager Ralph Hasenhuttl is intent on keeping him.

But with the Danish international refusing to pen a new deal, Southampton could be forced to offload him when the transfer window opens. Lukaku trying to convince Jan Vertonghen to sign for Inter

But Inter Milan seem to have the edge as they are using Vertonghen’s international teammate Lukaku to try and convince the Belgian to move to San Siro.
