Tottenham fans react to video of Brad Friedel’s best moments at club on birthday
Former Tottenham Hotspur goalkeeper Brad Friedel celebrated his 49th birthday today, May 18.
The goalkeeper spent four years at Tottenham in the final stages of his career. He signed from Aston Villa in 2011 and went on to retire in 2015. During this time, Friedel went on to make 67 appearances for Spurs, keeping 19 clean sheets in the process.
Friedel spent most of his time at our club as backup to first-choice goalkeeper Hugo Lloris. However, he had his moments during his four-year stint at the White Hart Lane.
And on his 49th birthday, the club posted a video of the former USMNT international’s best saves during his time at the club.

Friedel may have joined our club in the final stages of his career. But every time he took the field, the former USA international gave it his all.
With 450 appearances in the Premier League, Friedel is a legend in his own right. And, we wish him a very happy 49th birthday!
