Tottenham fans react to fresh pictures of club’s home shirt for 2020/21
It is that time of the year when images of supposed new team kits keep leaking on the internet. In recent weeks, a number of images claiming to be the new home/away kit of Tottenham have emerged online.
Spurs fan Lilywhite_Rose posted another such image of a person wearing what is supposedly the new Tottenham home kit for the 2020/21 campaign.
The kits will once again be supplied by Nike, with the club signing a 15-year deal with them in 2018. The deal is reportedly worth £30m a year. Main sponsors AIA will continue to feature on the front of the kits until at least 2027, after recently renewing their deal.
The shirt is traditional white in colour with a navy collar, with yellow trim and navy shoulder stripes. But it has a distinct silver-coloured patterns all over it, something that hasn’t gone down too well with the club’s supporters.

Here are some of the reactions to the image of Spurs’ new home shirt for the 2020/21 campaign.
Reactions
We play in white. We are the lillywhites. What is white about this home shirt ? It’s horrible. What is the broken glass effect on the shirt ? Nike need a new design team ASAP

Pretty horrible but we tend to have good seasons in horrible shirts.

That’s never going to be the shirt. It’s absolutely hideous.

It looks like something from the Sewing Bee where the challenge is to join two unrelated garments together. 🤢
