There is no doubt that the Tottenham Hotspur squad could do with some freshening up in the summer, with it appearing that this current squad is approaching the end of its cycle. The likes of Kyle Walker, Danny Rose, Moussa Dembele and Christian Eriksen have now all departed from Mauricio Pochettino’s hugely popular Spurs team and a new era is slowly but surely arriving. There are a number of different players that have been linked with a move to Spurs over recent weeks and we will be assessing the chances of four reported targets moving to the club at the end of this season.

Ryan Fraser @ 15/8
At this moment, Ryan Fraser has the best odds of moving to Spurs in the summer. The Scottish international has already confirmed that he will not be seeing out the season with relegation-threatened Bournemouth and will leave the club when his contract expires on June 30 after being unable to agree terms on a short-term deal. Questions of Fraser’s character have been forthcoming in recent weeks, but there is now the possibility that he may have already agreed terms with a new club. That looks to most likely be Tottenham, although north London rivals Arsenal have also expressed an interest in signing Fraser on a free, with the omission of a transfer fee appearing to be one of the most attractive factors in this deal
Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg – N/A
There are no odds currently available on Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg moving to Spurs, but we would advise you to back it as soon as it becomes available. Like Fraser, Hojbjerg has signalled his intent to move on in the summer and has been stripped of the captaincy at Southampton, being replaced by James Ward-Prowse as skipper. The 24-year-old has been heavily linked with Spurs and the door now appears open for the club to make their move for a player who was once seen by Pep Guardiola as the next Sergio Busquets.
Willian @ 3/1
It couldn’t finally happen, could it? 3/1 suggests that Willian moving to Spurs in the summer is a very realistic probability, seven years after his transfer from Shakhtar Donetsk was hijacked by Chelsea at the eleventh hour. Now 31, the winger may be past his best but Spurs could do much worse than sign a player that knows Jose Mourinho’s methods. Willian was signed by Mourinho for Chelsea and the Portuguese made a move for him whilst Manchester United manager. Whether or not Spurs fans would accept him as one of their own or not after rejecting their club for Chelsea remains to be seen.
Thomas Meunier @ 8/1
A new right-back will be high on Spurs’ list of priorities in the summer and Thomas Meunier would be a serviceable option, again on a free transfer. Serge Aurier is still yet to really convince anybody that he is the long-term first choice option at right-back with a number of high-profile mistakes already occurring during his Spurs career. Meunier is an 8/1 shot to join Tottenham, making them the favourite of all the Premier League clubs to capture his signature, although Bundesliga side Borussia Dortmund are the big 2/5 favourites.
