Tottenham legend Graham Roberts hails three stars after West Ham win
Tottenham Hotspur legend Graham Roberts has hailed the performances of Eric Dier, Giovani Lo Celso and Harry Kane, following the club’s win against West Ham United on Tuesday.
Spurs ended their seven-game winless run in all competitions, beating the Hammers 2-0 at home. A Tomas Soucek own goal gave us the lead, before Harry Kane added the second late in the game to bag all three points. The win puts us within six points of Chelsea in the fourth place in the table.
It was a solid all round performance from the team, with two goals scored and a clean sheet in the bag as well. Former Tottenham star and club legend, following the match, tweeted to give a ‘huge shout out’ to three players in particular – Dier, Lo Celso and Kane.
I am going to give a huge shout out tonight to @ericdier looked so sharp and delighted for him. Also @LoCelsoGiovani excellent and typical old @HKane cool calm finish. Well done boys @SpursOfficial 💪💪

Dier had an excellent game against the Hammers following his penalty incident against Manchester United last time out. Kane, too, having looked out of sorts against the Red Devils, looked to be getting back to his best, with his finish oozing class and composure.
The cherry on the top though, was the performance of Lo Celso. The 24-year-old Argentine was in his elements against West Ham, controlling the game brilliantly from the midfield.
