Jack Grealish refuses to rule out Aston Villa exit amid Tottenham, Man United interest
As reported by Football.london, Aston Villa captain Jack Grealish has opened up on his future at the club amid interest from Tottenham and Manchester United.
The 24-year-old attacking midfielder has been Villa’s best player in a season filled with struggles. Grealish has racked up a return of nine goals and eight assists from 40 appearances across all competitions in 2019/20.
Villa have been staring at the prospect of relegation for quite some time now. However, a 1-0 win over our rivals Arsenal on Tuesday night gave the Midlands’ outfit with a fighting chance to survive in the Premier League.
Grealish had a good game on the night and could have come away with an assist or two had his teammates finished better. After the game, the Villa captain was asked if it was his final game at Villa Park, to which he responded that he is not sure at the moment. (h/t Football.london)
“I’m not sure to at the moment. I have one aim and that’s to keep the club in the Premier League. That’s all I’m thinking about at the moment and that’s all I can think of.”
Grealish’s performances had tailed off a tad since the restart of the campaign. But he continues to be linked with a switch away, with Tottenham and Manchester United among the clubs touted as his possible next destination. (h/t Football.london)

Adding someone of Grealish’s ability would certainly work great for us. And the chances of him leaving are quite high at the moment, even if Villa survive relegation. However, the Midlands outfit are likely to demand a hefty transfer fee, which might play spoilsport in the club signing him.
