Gareth Bale and Daniel Levy to golf together once Tottenham Hotspur return is confirmed?
According to the Evening Standard, Gareth Bale and Daniel Levy appear to be penciled in for a round of golf once his return to Tottenham Hotspur is completed.
The 31-year-old Welshman will make a spectacular return to Spurs, albeit on a loan, seven years after leaving the club for a then world-record fee.
A multiple Champions League-winning winger, he will add oodles of dynamism and experience to the Spurs frontline. The season-long loan will set back Spurs around £15m in wages and fees.
The report was based on a Tweet by Twitter user @Thogden. He shared an image of the 1.52 pm tee time claiming Bale is booked in at his friend’s course.
The form posted online appears to show the names of Bale, Levy, and chief scout Steve Hitchen for Friday afternoon at Hadley Wood Golf Club. It is situated close to the club’s Enfield training complex.

Bale was in the news last month when he was pictured golfing just hours before Real Madrid’s defeat against Manchester City in the Champions League.
The relationship between Bale and Real has been down in the dumps with the Spaniards keen to get him off their books. The prospect of him celebrating the move with a round of golf has a semblance of dark humour.
Unfortunately, the golf club dismissed the news yesterday night. They were bombarded by calls from Spurs fans who all wished to book a slot alongside the Welsh star. (h/t Evening Standard)
Bale is in London today to finalize the transfer.

The Welshman is not the only Real star on his way to Spurs. The club has also pulled off the signing of Spanish left-back Sergio Reguilon. The 23-year-old played a key role as Sevilla won the Europa League last season.
