Harry Kane lavishes praise on Tottenham Hotspur star Son Heung-Min
According to the Mirror, Harry Kane has lavished praise on Tottenham Hotspur teammate Son Heung-Min.
The South Korean has enjoyed a prolific start to the season so far. With nine goals already, he is leading the club’s scoring charts for the campaign.
Kane and Son have formed an excellent duo that could be a gamechanger for us. In fact, Son’s prolific run has seen Kane notch up nine assists in just seven appearances. And the Englishman has hailed his partner’s red-hot streak. (h/t Mirror)
“Sonny has been taking pretty much every chance he has been given this year.”
The English skipper believes Son’s scoring spree has also seen him up his game as a whole. He has been dropping back deeper this season to great impact. (h/t Mirror)
“It has been a development of my game and maybe Sonny’s game as well.”
This partnership has seen us improve as a team. Players have been clinical so far and this has contributed much to our excellent start. If all goes well, we could even be heading into the international break, top of the table.
Opening up on his new role as a creator, Kane believes playing as a number 10 in his youth has made the job easier. (h/t Mirror)
“My whole youth team career, I played as a 10. I’ve always had that understanding of how to drop into those pockets.”
With him able to do so seamlessly, Jose Mourinho has been able to adapt this strength and play in his wingers into the space created. As of yet, this tactic has worked a charm.

Tottenham look a mean and hungry unit this season. Mourinho has helped mould both Kane and Son into a prolific strikeforce that can bang in the goals. It is good to see Kane give Son the credit he so richly deserves.
