Tottenham to listen to offers for Paulo Gazzaniga in January
According to a report from Football.london, Tottenham Hotspur will be willing to listen to offers for out of favour goalkeeper Paulo Gazzaniga in the January transfer window.
The 28-year-old has been at the club since 2017, having signed from fellow Premier League side Southampton. He has never been a regular in the side, having had to play second-fiddle to captain and first-choice custodian Hugo Lloris.
Gazzaniga did get a stretch of games last season when Lloris was sidelined for a significant spell due to an elbow injury and he made a decent enough impression. However, the former Southampton man hasn’t had any such joy this term, as Jose Mourinho decided to bring in Joe Hart on a free transfer in the summer.
The Englishman’s arrival meant Gazzaniga was pushed further down the pecking order at the club resulting in him not even making it to our UEFA Europa League squad for the season.
Now, it is being claimed that Tottenham were willing to listen to offers for the 28-year-old back in the summer and will be open to letting him leave once the January window if the goalkeeper himself is open to considering a switch mid-season. (h/t Football.london)
Should the Argentine custodian end up leaving, Tottenham will promote academy goalkeepers Alfie Whitman or Brandon Austin to the first-team setup. (h/t Football.london)

Everton have reportedly shown an interest in the 28-year-old ahead of January and it remains to be seen if he is on the move once the window is open.
