Tottenham ace Davinson Sanchez wanted by AC Milan in January
According to a report from The Sun, AC Milan are tracking out-of-favour Tottenham Hotspur defender Davinson Sanchez ahead of the January transfer window.
The 24-year-old arrived at Tottenham from AFC Ajax in 2017, in a club-record £42m transfer at the time. And while he had been a regular in the side under former boss Mauricio Pochettino, the Colombian hasn’t had the same status under new manager Jose Mourinho.

Sanchez has featured in just four Premier League games so far but hasn’t played in the top-flight since October. Indeed, the Colombian international is behind the likes of Toby Alderweireld and Eric Dier in the pecking order.
The fact that Joe Rodon was picked over him for the game against Chelsea when Alderweireld was out with an injury, hints that the new signing is also in front of him.
It has been claimed over the past few weeks that Tottenham could be open to the idea of letting him leave in January, provided a new centre-back is brought in.
This has seen AC Milan register an interest in the 24-year-old as they look to strengthen their squad ahead of a potential title tilt in the Serie A. (h/t The Sun)

The report further claims that Tottenham are likely to demand the same amount as we shelled out to sign Sanchez with Mourinho and Daniel Levy still eyeing a swoop for Inter Milan centre-back Milan Skriniar.
It will be interesting to see if AC Milan act on their interest in the Colombian once the transfer window opens in three weeks’ time.
