Tottenham fans react as Olivier Skipp puts in another MOTM performance for Norwich City
Tottenham Hotspur loanee Olivier Skipp continues to impress at Carrow Road. The midfielder joined the Canaries on loan last summer and has since started every league game for them.
Daniel Farke’s side are currently top of the Championship and looks set for a quick return to the top-flight. Their latest victims were Stoke City who were hammered 4-1 at Carrow Road. Skipp guarded his defence well and was not afraid to stick his foot in when needed. He ensured that Norwich were on top in the midfield battle.
This saw fans vote him as their man of the match. Given his performance on the night, it was well deserved. How Tottenham could have done with a performance on the same night against Manchester City.
Absolutely everywhere today. Sensational Skippy! 👏 pic.twitter.com/UUfO7Pv9Wh

The player did have a moment of worry when he went down with a head injury. Speaking after the match, Farke confirmed that Skipp did not suffer a concussion and is fine.
The youngster has taken the opportunity of regular game time by the scruff of the neck and has impressed. If he continues to keep it up, there is no reason for Spurs to give him a bigger role at the club next season.

And so he should’ve if he has plans of coming back and nailing down a regular spot.. Might be his level, but more than deserves a chance as he can’t do worse than Winks or Sissoko…— Jimmy McNeil (@jimmymac0110) February 14, 2021
Any chance he can come back to Spurs early guys? In return, we’ll give you Sanchez, Dier, Sissoko and Lucas Moura. What do you mean that’s not a fair swap! I understand. Well done Skippy! 👏🏻
