Lucas Moura one among ten stars that Tottenham could sell in the summer
According to Football.london, Tottenham Hotspur could be set to sell as many as ten players in the summer transfer window, including Brazilian attacker Lucas Moura.
Tottenham have had a difficult past year in terms of the club’s finances due to the pandemic. With the matchday revenue completely frozen for a year now, things haven’t been looking good with regard to the finances.
So, for Jose Mourinho & co. to be able to bring in new players in the summer transfer window, quite a few players may have to be sold to generate funds as well as create room for the incoming players on the wage bill.
And, Football.london is reporting that as many as ten players could be allowed to leave in the summer. The ten players named are Dele Alli, Harry Winks, Danny Rose, Serge Aurier, Moussa Sissoko, Erik Lamela, Juan Foyth, Cameron Carter-Vickers, Lucas Moura along with one of the centre-backs on the club’s books.
As things stand, Alli looks very much likely to be on the move having come close to leaving both in the last summer window as well as the January transfer window. Winks, meanwhile, isn’t happy with the lack of game time and could move on as well while Danny Rose’s deal comes to an end this summer.
Serge Aurier, on the other hand, will be entering the final year of his contract and could be cashed in on, with the same being applicable for Lamela as well. Foyth and Carter-Vickers are away on loan and are unlikely to play for Tottenham again, too.

Lucas Moura is certainly the most prominent name on the list given as he has been quite impressive for Tottenham in recent weeks and is someone who clearly still has a role to play under Mourinho.
Obviously, not every player on the list will be allowed to leave, with a lot depending on the offers that come in for the players. An intriguing summer lies ahead for Spurs.
