Tottenham News: Harry Kane advised to remain at club by Steve McManaman
According to news from Football.london, Steve Mc McManaman has advised Harry Kane to remain at Tottenham. The former Premier League star feels that the England captain should remain at the club if he is happy.
The Spurs talisman is said to be considering his future at the club due to their premature exit from the Europa League and could take the decision to leave. Despite scoring bucketloads of goals for Spurs, Kane is yet to win a single trophy in his career.
While he may break that duck against Manchester City in the Carabao Cup, exit links have emerged suggesting that he would find greater success elsewhere. However, McManaman felt that it is all too easy to point towards an exit but Kane should remain at the club if he is happy.
“Tottenham want to be successful, but it’s hard in the Premier League when you’ve got Liverpool, Chelsea and Manchester City knocking around next to you. Of course that’s difficult. But the main thing for Harry Kane, for me, is for him to be happy.
“If he’s happy and scoring goals and being a legend and wants to stay at Tottenham, so be it. It doesn’t matter what team he goes to play for, he’ll always be wealthy enough and well-rewarded because he’s a super player.”

McManaman added that Kane would have to worry about his family and their settlement if he moves to a different city or country. If his family is unhappy, it would be a decision that backfired. Hence, it is important that he is happy wherever he chooses to be.
